Elio Guevara
Fundamentals and Beyond Instructor
Elio Guevara is a distinguished art educator and professional illustrator with over 18 years of experience in both academic and industry settings. He has served as a professor at The Art Institute of Atlanta, where he designed and taught a diverse range of courses, including Portfolio Foundation, Advanced Drawing for Animators, Storyboarding and Animatics, and Concept Design & Illustration. His pedagogical approach emphasizes fostering technical proficiency while encouraging students to develop their unique artistic voices.
Mr. Guevara holds a Master of Fine Arts in Illustration from The Savannah College of Art and Design and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Illustration from Instituto de Diseño de Caracas. His commitment to education and professional practice positions him as a valuable contributor to institutions dedicated to cultivating the next generation of artists.
