Nowzar was the son of Manuchehr. After he became king, he stopped ruling with justice and wisdom, and Iran fell into trouble. When Iran became weak, the king of Turan sent his son Afrasiab to war. Nowzar lost the battle, was captured, and was killed by Afrasiab.
