This piece uses positive and negative space to form an image of a giraffe's head. With the intentionally placed, various sized and shaped black wooden pieces providing slight indications of the head, the gaps cause the viewer's mind to fill in the blanks to understand the intended image. The scattered use of orange rectangles adds further context to clarify the imagery.
