Peace was made with wood, clay, and acrylic paint. The artist created it during the early days of the war in Iran, which deeply influenced its meaning.
The artist often sees her country in tones of blue and silver colors that, to me, represent presence, hope, and freedom. The bird in the piece symbolizes her wish for her people to be free, to fly wherever they want, and to live with true freedom.
